Scope of works being completed by Finlay Ecofit Tullamore Ltd:
- Levelling of site and groundworks
- Excavating of ground and laying of new underground pipework and ducting
- Installation of all re-bar steel and concrete foundation work
- Build up of all internal and external blockwork
- Installation of all structural steel
- Installation of all reinforced concrete slabs and stairs
- Installation of all insulation work (cavity insulation, floor insulation, drylining etc.)
- Installation of the roofing structure to the 2 storey area and flat roof area
- Installation of window, door and wall mouldings
- All internal plastering, boarding and painting
- Installation of all new internal doors
- Installation of all new architrave and skirting
- Installation of all external windows and doors
- Installation of a new drainage and sewage system
- All electrical works
- All Plumbing and Mechanical works (Including Heat Recovery Ventilation)
- Installation of a new airtightness barrier around house
- Installation of new tiling to walls and floors
- Installation of new floor finishes
